Behind The Scenes: The Origin of the Sor Hei Bun

Traditional. Nostalgic. Contemporary. A bakery bridging the past and present through varying baking styles and flavour combinations. In particular, we pay tribute to the history of Keong Saik Road. Our signature pastry, Sor Hei (梳起), is shaped like a hair bun to pay tribute to the 妈姐 (Ma Jie). Many of our products are a fusion of traditional taste with contemporary presentation, such as our Kopi Susu (like a latte), Chendol Delight (cake), Kaya Toast (using multigrain bread) and many more.
